Our process - How we work

We follow a structured three-phase process designed to keep projects focused, transparent, and moving forward from the first conversation to launch day.

Discover

Every engagement starts with a focused discovery phase. We take time to understand your business, your users, and the outcomes you are trying to achieve before a single pixel or line of code is created.

We ask the right questions, review what already exists, and identify the constraints, opportunities, and priorities that should shape the work. This phase produces a clear brief — aligned between us — so that the design and build phases move with confidence rather than constant revision.

Discovery keeps projects lean. When we understand the goal clearly, we can make faster decisions and avoid building things that do not serve the end result.

Included in this phase

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Competitive review
  • UX audit
  • Content inventory
  • Technical scoping
  • Project brief

Build

With the brief locked, we move into design and development. Design work is shared early and often — we prefer live feedback over long sign-off cycles, which keeps projects moving and ensures the direction feels right before we build.

Our development work is structured around clear milestones and short feedback loops. We build incrementally, share progress regularly, and resolve blockers quickly rather than letting them compound at the end of a sprint.

We communicate plainly and keep you informed at every step. If something changes — in scope, timeline, or approach — we surface it early so decisions can be made with the full picture.

Deliver

Before launch, we run a thorough quality review covering cross-browser and device testing, accessibility, performance, and content accuracy. Everything is checked against the original brief before anything goes live.

We handle deployment and make sure your team is equipped to manage and update what we have built. Handover includes documentation, a walkthrough session, and a clear path to ongoing support if needed.

After launch, we stay available for questions and minor fixes during a structured post-launch window. For teams that need continued support, we offer ongoing retainer arrangements to cover design, development, and iteration over time.

Included in this phase

  • Quality assurance. Cross-browser testing, accessibility review, performance checks, and content accuracy review before anything goes live.
  • Deployment. We manage the deployment process and configure hosting, DNS, and infrastructure for a smooth, reliable launch.
  • Handover and support. Thorough documentation and a walkthrough session so your team is confident managing what we have built together.

Our values - How we show up for every project

These are the principles that guide how we work — the things we return to when making decisions about craft, communication, and commercial outcomes.

  • Clarity first. Clear thinking produces better work. We push back on vague briefs, ask direct questions, and make sure everyone understands what we are building and why.
  • Considered craft. We care about the details — the spacing, the interactions, the performance, and the copy. Good execution is not accidental; it is deliberate at every level.
  • Momentum. Projects stall when decisions take too long. We keep things moving with structured phases, regular check-ins, and a bias toward making progress over making everything perfect.
  • Honest communication. We say what we think, surface problems early, and give clients the information they need to make good decisions — even when it is not what they were hoping to hear.
  • Long-term thinking. We build things that hold up. The choices we make in design and development are considered with the next stage of your growth in mind, not just the immediate brief.
  • Genuine partnership. We work alongside our clients, not just for them. The best outcomes come from close collaboration, shared ownership, and mutual respect for each other's expertise.

Let's build something worth talking about.
